The Story of SEL Transportation

1998

Beau Wicks founded Southeast Logistics. With over 20 years of experience in the trucking industry, he knew what it’d take to grow a successful business. SE Logistics quickly became a place where drivers could feel like a partner — because they are! 

2004

DT Freight was established in 2004 with the mission to build a company centered around our drivers and focus on providing our customers with the very best service. DT Freight primarily served the steel, aluminum, construction, pipe and building materials industries.

2017

PS Logistics acquires DT Freight. “We are very excited for this opportunity — PS Logistics is one of the most powerful names in flatbed transportation. This merger enables us to better meet the needs of our customers today and sets us up for growth opportunities in the future.” — Norman Crow, President of DT Freight

2020

PS Logistics acquires Southeast Logistics. “We are proud to welcome Southeast Logistics to the PS Logistics family. PS Logistics combined the best of both companies to create SEL Transportation. Now, we stand as a driver-focused company dedicated to safety. Our combined 44 years of experience puts us in a unique position to best serve both our customers and our drivers.
